Every day you face hundreds of decisions.  They can range from what purchases to make, to which strategy to use in business.  Wouldn't it be marvelous to have a portable device you could use wherever you happened to be, that would accurately indicate the best course of action.  Guess what?  You already have such a device.  Your intuition.  It is given to you as part of the package of your life, and comes in a handy carrying case, your body.

Even if you haven’t listened to it much, your intuition is alive and well and just waiting to be heard.  What it has to say is of great value because it operates in your right mind, outside the box of your left brain, and so has access to a vast realm of data.  One of the instruments through which your intuition transmits information is your body.  When you have a decision to make, make your best choice, but before taking action take time to listen to what your body is saying.  As you think about your decision, notice if your body feels tight, heavy, or tired.  Does your stomach feel queasy, or as if a large lead weight were lodged in it?  Do your heart and solar plexus feel closed, cold, dark?  Such contrary physical feelings are your intuition’s way of telling you that it is probably not a choice that will further you.

When the choice you make is positive for you, your intuition will telegraph that information by making your body feel relaxed, buoyant, and energized.  Your stomach will feel warm and calm, and your heart will feel open and light.

These same positive and negative physical responses can also indicate the truth or untruth of what other people say.  Your body is a barometer that registers whether the intuitive forecast is cloudy or sunny.  The final choice is always yours, but it certainly pays to take time to read the meter.
