PEACE PAINT
Viz Prep: Sit with your back straight and feet flat on the floor so your blood and energy can flow freely. Take three deep breaths: 1. Into your lungs. 2. Into your heart. 3. Into your belly.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself outdoors in daylight, in a beautiful place in nature that makes you feel safe and strong. It might be a beach, a mountaintop, a clearing in a forest, or a flower-filled meadow. Notice details. Smell the air. Listen to the sounds.
With your mental eyes, look in front of you. You see a large ball of bright golden-white light, symbolizing high-quality energy. Welcome the light and ask it to help you and the earth. The thought is barely out of your mind when your Guiding Light steps out of the ball of light and stands before you. Welcome your Guiding Light gratefully, noticing colors and shapes.
Your Guiding Light reaches into the ball of light and pulls out a large can of paint and a paintbrush. On the side of the can you see the words, “Peace Paint.” The Light pops off the lid and you see the color of the Peace Paint. It might be golden, clear, or any bright, vibrant color.
Your Guiding Light explains that the Peace Paint has two effects: 1. It absorbs tension, restoring peace and cooperation. 2. It invigorates loving energy, restoring health and well being.
Dipping the brush into the paint, your Guiding Light paints your whole body in just a few seconds, with the Peace Paint seeming to spread itself. Any physical, mental, or emotional distress you have begins to calm and heal.
Your Guiding Light then gives you your own can of Peace Paint and paintbrush. They are as light as light. On the count of 3, you and your Guiding Light fly up into the sky. You hover over your home, dipping your brushes in the Peace Paint and painting your home with peace. You never have to worry about running out of paint, because the can is always instantly refilled.
You paint the town, state, and country in which you live with healing peace. Traveling at the speed of love, you and your Guiding Light fly around the world, spreading Peace Paint everywhere. You give extra coats of paint to areas where there is conflict or disaster. Ask that Love & Light, Health & Harmony, and Prosperity & Peace be lovingly manifest for the highest good of all life everywhere.
